Please review these important schedule details outlined below.

  • Montana Tribal College Institute & Relations
    • ​Tuesday, April 6, 2021 @ 9am - 5pm 
      • Sessions will run throughout the day in this time-block.  You and your team are invited to attend these relationship building sessions with our 7 Montana Tribal Colleges.  This attendance is included with your registration.  You may attend 1 session or all the sessions.  We hope you attend to help better serve our students together!

  • Spring Counselor Update 
    • Wednesday, April 7, 2021 @ 9am - 12pm
      • ​Your team will only attend your 1 hour scheduled time block on this morning.

  • Live Student Fair Times
    • ​Wednesday, April 7. 2021 @ 1pm - 3pm  
    • Thursday, April 8, 2021 @  9am - 11am

      • Easy scheduling - April 5 - 8, 2021 | We have made this super easy for everyone.  For April 5 - 8, 2021,  you only have to schedule the 2 Live Student Fair Sessions.  No other Live sessions or 1-on- 1 meetings are permitted to happen from April 5 - 8, 2021.
      • April 9 - 30, 2021 is open scheduling, you are welcome to schedule other live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, etc. as you would like in the virtual platform and invite students to attend.

  • SUBMIT Your Campus Info & Confirm Your Attendance!  |  Student & Counselor Guidebook Contact Listing & Info  |  In Conjunction with this event, we will be sharing a condensed "Spring Guidebook" as a free resource for students and counselors.  This is a great way to add free promotion and reach for your institution!  
  • Deadline:  To be included you need to submit this form no later than Friday, March 26, 2021.

​SETUP YOUR VISITDAYS PROFILE
​DEADLINE: aS SOON AS POSSIBLE - LAST DAY TO MAKE CHANGES sUNDAY, aPRIL 4, 2020.


​Setup Up Your Institution Online Profile On VisitDays / HeyDays 
  • Easy scheduling for April 5 - 8, 2021!  We have made this super easy for everyone.  All you have to do is setup your profile with pics, videos, text, etc. that you would like.  For April 5 - 8, 2021,  you only have to schedule the 2 Live Student Fair Sessions:
    • Wednesday April 7 @ 1-3pm  &
    • Thursday April 8 @ 9-11am 
    • No other sessions are to be scheduled from April 5 - 8, 2021.
  • April 9 - 30, 2021 is open scheduling, and you are welcome to schedule other live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, etc. as you would like in the virtual platform and invite students to attend.  We recommend to have these already scheduled in your profile, so they appear as future options to keep connecting and so students can instantly sign up for them during the Live Fair Events if they want to keep meeting with you.  
  • Access Your Profile  |  Login @ https://admin.visitdays.com  |   If you have participated in our past Fall 2020 virtual events, the process is very similar.  You will login with the same login/password you used this fall.  If this is your first time using Visitdays, you will use your same email used in registration.  You may set or reset your password here. 
  • ​Finalize Your Visitday's Profile By:  Sunday, April 4, 2021.  More details on how to setup your profile is linked here. ​

Attend the live Montana TRIBAL COLLEGE INSTITUTE & RELATIONS​


  • If you registered for the entire April Event and all days of events from April 6-8, 2021, your entire institution is invited to attend the Montana Tribal College Institute.   Share with the rest of your office and or other institution departments to attend for free and included in your "all event registration package."  Share this easy, free registration link with your team to sign up for free, and we will send them more details to connect on this April 6th day of events:

Attend the live Montana Spring Counselor Update​

With this Spring event, we are hosting mini-Counselor Updates for our High School Counselors and educators.  You must attend both this Spring Counselor Update session and both Live Student Fair Times to be eligible to receive the overall student/counselor data contact lists for this Montana April Event.  To participate:
  • We ask that 1 representative attend your designated 1-hour session to be live to answer questions for counselors. (see breakdown of this schedule below).  If you are unsure which 1 hour category you will be invited to attend, please contact us right away with questions.
  • We will be sending you a zoom link and more details to join these live sessions the week before the event.​

​ ATTEND THE LIVE  STUDENT FAIR TIMES

2 Hour Live Student Fairs on April 7th 1-3pm & April 8th 9-11am  |  Mandatory attendance with at least 1 representative to be live and available for 1 Zoom meeting & chat during the LIVE Student Fair Times.  No other sessions are allowed or required during this event.  You must attend both the 2 Live Student Fair Times blocks on each day and also this Spring Counselor Update session to be eligible to receive the overall student/counselor data contact lists for this Montana April Event.

Review the exciting OPTIONAL opportunities listed below to grow your reach in Montana more!  | Do you want to gain even more reach of Montana students and build relationships even more in Montana?!   Here is your chance!  You do not want to miss out on these exciting new optional opportunities listed below.  We hope you are able to participate!  

  • Free Video Promo!  |  Join Us In Sharing Tips For Students!  |  It's super easy!  Simply record an informal 30 second video submission on a general tip for students!  You may record this informal video on your cell phone and upload it to:  or you may join the group recording session on March .  This is a little extra free promo for you and your campus and also will help students!  We will be showing these at the high schools in a stream of videos, on our statewide website, and social media channels.  We are hoping the video clips will be “evergreen”. This means they don’t contain time-sensitive information (dates, contacts, etc.) We are looking for a general tip/trick targeted to sophomores & juniors who are in the process of searching for colleges. Ideally these videos could be used throughout the year/year after year.

  • 1 Student Swag Gift Bag  |  We invite you to join in the fun of supporting students by giving away only 1 Student Swag Gift Bag of goodies to 1 student from your contact list gathered for this April Event.  This is randomly drawn from your list.  Only 1 Swag Gift Bag is a given with no more than a $30 value (a Mug, a Thermos, a Notepad, Pens, Pendants, etc.)
  • Montana Counselor Specialized Messaging and/or Counselor Packet  |  Here is a link to the current Montana High School Counselors.  This is a complimentary list being share with you for your use to reach out to counselors before, during, and /or after this April event.  You are welcome to send counselors their own packet too if you would like.  
  • Access Student Data  |  During & after the event, you are welcome to access your contact list that is created in Visitdays/Heydays. You will keep collecting data throughout all of April every time a contact visits your profile or attends a session with you or asks you a chat question.  You will have instant access to all this data in your online Visitdays/Heydays profile. 
  • Overall Data List  |  Within 2 weeks of the live MPSEOC hosted event, we will send out a link to all the student, counselor, etc. contact list from the event (to all institutions who attend all mandatory sessions of the April 2021 event.).  If you do not attend the mandatory sessions, you will not have access to the entire data list.  Thank you!
