September 21 - 25. 2020 |  Montana Statewide Virtual Fair & Live Session Event (*We may add or subtract days from the end of the event if needed.)
  • Virtual Event |  ​This September Event will be in place of our normal in-person 3 weeks of Montana College Fairs. 
  • Cost Savings  |  ​ This one week event will cover all 3 regions of Montana that our 18 Fairs usually cover, but this Virtual Event is for the price of 1 in-person region.  All of Montana for less cost!  This is up to a $1,300 savings from our regular fee for the entire state of live fair events!
  • Entire Montana Reach  |  Reach 1,000's of Montana students, counselors, parents, colleges, & beyond!  Our in-person fairs bring over 10,000 attendees with a mix of high school seniors, juniors, sophomores, & college transfer students.  This virtual event will be hosting attendance from this same audience and beyond!  We are teaming closely with all 200+ Montana high schools, 300+ Montana high school counselors, all Montana colleges, & many stateside and national associations to make this event a success!
  • Events Limited In Size  |  To keep service and interaction with students, counselors, parents, colleges, and beyond strong, we will restrict the number of exhibitors and live sessions during the event.  We recommend signing up early to secure your place.  Spaces Limited!
  • Don't Delay!  First Come, First Serve Registration with priority given to past Montana fair & guide registrants.
  • Registration / Payment Deadline:  Open until spaces filled.  August 31, 2020 - Priority Registration & Payment Deadline / After August 31, 2020, late fees added.

  3. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO CREATE MULTIPLE SESSIONS/TIMES to reach students with different schedules.  Create an "Admissions Session," a "Professors Panel Session, a "Student Advocate Session," a "Financial Aid/Scholarship Session," etc.  ​
  4. We offer some SPECIAL PRIORITY SCHEDULING  for you and your institution to get better flow of traffic with out being grouped in to timeslots with hundreds of other sessions.
