The chat will be available starting with the April live fair dates/times.
New! Access to ALL MPSEOC Event Hosted Student, Counselors, etc. Leads (from April 6 - 8, 2021)! This is in addition to your own leads gained during this event.
New! Use this virtual platform after the live event for the rest of April 2021! After the MPSEOC hosted live event, you are welcome to keep using this virtual platform from April 9 - 30, 2021 to keep scheduling your own live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, live chat, etc.
New! In-Person simulated "Pop Up Fair" Option for high schools to set-up on-site interactive connection in conjunction with the virtual event! We listened and we know that leaving students on their own to access this virtual world is challenging! We are excited to say that for this April event we are working hard to bring back a personal in-person touch for students at their own high school! We have created a new "POP UP Fair Option" for High School counselors to use as an in-person connection to the virtual event. By having an on-site option that connects to the virtual fair, we are hoping this activates more engagement for students and relationship building for you! Exhibitors do not have to do anything more than be part of the virtual event. The new steps are with the high schools in getting students to have more interaction with the online event. The goal is to drive more student interaction with on-site, safe programming at the schools that choose to participate. April will be the first beta test of this new model. We are excited to bring a part of in-person back to these virtual events and gain more interaction and relationship building with students!
New! Simplified Scheduling! - You asked and we listened! To make this event scheduling effective and respectful of everyone's time, we have condensed and simplified this scheduling plan. This April Virtual Event will be easy with focused sessions for counselors and students. We want to respect everyone's time. We know a lot is being asked of all participants. This April event scheduling is as easy as a normal in-person fair with targeted scheduling. Exhibitors just need to setup their profile (This profile is already mostly done if you participated in past VisitDays events) & show up for the LIVE Fair times with 1 live session and 1 rep (or more if you choose). You are also invited to the "Free Special Bonus Sessions" to build relations with our Montana HS Counselors and also our 7 Montana Tribal Colleges. Live Fair Times are: April 7th @ 1pm - 3pm & April 8th from 9am - 11am. It's that easy! See the schedule of events for more details.
Special Bonus Added! Montana High School Counselor Update Sessions - With no extra cost, we invite you to a Live Q&A and updates with our Montana high school counselors on the morning of April 7th. This is a 1 hour commitment to attend your session block. We invite over 300 Montana counselors to attend and receive OPI Renewal Unit Credit. This was a huge success and had great attendance at our Fall October event! Meet & build relations directly with the counselors who guide students! See the schedule of events for more details.
Special Bonus Added! Montana Tribal College Institute & Relationship Building - At no extra cost, we invite you to LIVE sessions and training institute with all 7 of our Montana Tribal Colleges! This Montana Tribal College Institute & Relationship Building will happen on April 6th. See the schedule of events for more details. This is in place of our normal spring Montana Tribal College Fairs. We will be having students attend the LIVE Fairs this week as well. Here is your chance to still stay connected and meet directly with the Montana Tribal Colleges and area students!
New! Montana Virtual Task Force! - From our fall events, we have been working hard to make these virtual events as strong as they can be for you, students, counselors, schools, & beyond. We have a dynamic statewide team working to expand this service even more going forward! We are excited to share this news of improving these virtual events and having a specialized team working extra hard to add value to all participants.
Easy Platform Access & Setup ― You can access admin.visitdays.com using the same username and password you used in Fall 2020. Any new users you add will receive onboarding information directly from VisitDays about a week before the event to easily setup your profile online before the live event begins. MPSEOC & Visitdays will be offering a live webinar Q&A the week before the event too in order to make sure we get all your questions answered before the event! We are trying to keep the same in-person personal touch as much as we can! We appreciate you and are grateful for your efforts to still help our Montana students in this unique time.
platform & service overview
Virtual Booth On each fair date, students arrive on the site to interact with admission representatives offering a live Zoom session to answer questions about their college's programs and services. A virtual booth provides your institution with the following:
Profile page ― This is similar to a display ad for your institution. Your institution's signature image and description are viewable on the site from the day you add them through the end of the fair or season.
Live sessions ― What attracts students is the opportunity to interact with colleges. For our April event, you will host just 1 live zoom session that will stay open the entire time of the LIVE fair times. There are 2 LIVE Fair times in the April event: April 7th from 1pm - 3pm & April 8th from 9am - 11am.
Videos ― You may add to the platform an unlimited number of videos related to your institution. These will be viewable through the end of the fair or season.
Scheduled meetings ― You may offer the opportunity for students to schedule one-on-one meetings with admission staff. Meeting slots can be offered through the end of the fair or season.
Live chat ― Your staff can participate in in-app text chat with students who are then counted as a prospect. This feature will be available starting with the April 2021 Event.
Attachments ― You may add an unlimited number of resources as supplements to your live sessions and videos.
User access ― You may invite an unlimited number of staff to access the platform.
Prospects Generation Each time a person interacts with your institution's content, they become a prospect and you receive their contact information.
Full contact information ― The prospects report from the event is high value because it provides full contact information for each individual and is based on actions specifically related to your institution. The report includes email addresses, cell phone numbers, mailing addresses, intended enrollment terms, major interests, and more. The prospects report can be easily imported into your institution's CRM.
Demonstrated interest ― Your institution earns prospects when participants take one or more of the following actions that demonstrate interest in your institution: attend a live session, schedule a meeting, view a video, favorite your college, access an attachment, or participate in text chat.
Real-time report ― Prospects are generated in real-time. The prospects report can be downloaded by your Leads Contact following the end of your institution's event and accessed within 1 month of the event (sometimes longer).
Exhibitor Services The following services are in place to support you and your institution:
Training Webinars - MPSEOC will host at least 1 webinar Q&A session before the event to address your questions live.
Technical support ― Chat, phone, and email support is available from [email protected] for up to two business days before each fair.
Account support ― MPSEOC provides billing support and general support through [email protected].
Training ― How-to videos are available to guide you through the admin.visitdays.com onboarding steps. In addition, an extensive Exhibitor Confirmation Packet provides detailed information.
