Eastern Region Fairs - Important Reminder - Limited Hotel Options - Reserve Your Room EARLY!8/1/2019 Due to so many new businesses and work demand for housing, hotels book up very quickly. Also, rates can be a bit higher due to this increased demand for housing. If you plan on using scanners at the Montana Fairs, this is just a reminder to order your scanners early. TRC has become very busy with hosting scanners at many nation-wide fairs. To ensure they have the scanners and options you would like to use, we encourage you to make your order early.  Welcome To...
