TEAM WITH US TO HELP STUDENTS & EDUCATION TOGETHER!
 What is the SPONSORSHIP & STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND? 
  • Here is your chance to showcase your logo and show your support of all Montana students and schools!  At these events you will directly expand your reach to over 9,000 attendees at the entry way of each of the 18 fairs!  By offering sponsorship and/or a scholarship donation support, we will highlight your logo and support at each fair for all attendees to see.  Along with additional social media and promotions showcasing your support.
  • At each fair attending students have the opportunity to win $1,000's scholarship money based on your donations and support.  Your scholarship donation goes directly to student scholarships at these events, and you get extra promotion and reach in return.  
  • We are always seeking collaboration and partnerships to make these events and services the best they can be for students, counselors, parents, colleges, and overall education.  If you would like to team with us, you simply submit the form below, and we will include you in this Montana Fair sponsorship and/or scholarship fund.

how to participate?

  • To participate, simply complete the registration below, choose an amount that works with your team's budget, and then simply submit payment in the at the following form.  
  • These additional funds will directly go to the fair College Ca$h Scholarship Fund for all students attending, and sponsorship funds will help cover the cost of hosting these fairs.
  • Overall, this is a way for us all to add a little more incentive for students to attend the fairs while highlighting your campus even more.  Thank you for your team efforts and support of students!
  •  Deadline To Submit Sponsorship and/or Scholarship Funds:  August 31

Why Participate?  
This is a great way to add a little extra promotion for your school while also supporting our Montana students even more through expanded scholarship funds and overall support of these fairs.  

  • We are offering this new program as a way to add even more encouragement and support of students attending these fairs.  MPSEOC and our partners already offers some scholarship funds for these events, but having additional support from you, we are hoping to offer even more scholarships to students this year and expand options at the these events!  In return this means more students might be encouraged to attend and meet with you!
  • How much is the sponsorship and/or scholarship fee?  |  We realize that every institution works with a different budget, so whether you offer $100 or $5,000, it is up to you. No matter what amount you offer, as long as you make a contribution, we will highlight your logo in all sponsor sections of the fair and promotions.  ​
  • What do you get back from this sponsorship and/or scholarship donation?  |  This is a sponsorship and support of the fairs and scholarships.  In return, we will be sharing your logo out with all our sponsors of the fairs which is highlighted near the entry of all the 18 fall fairs, online in promos, in thank you announcements online, and in press releases, etc.
