| Sponsorship & Scholarship @ Fair Section: For venders who would like to help in offering student scholarships at the fair. We give away $1,000's each year at these events, as a way to give back and help student on their life journey. We ask for a donation base on your budget, and then we offer free promotion in this section of the fair for your scholarship donation. IMPORTANT DETAILS & FAQ's
"Are you categorized as a Nonprofit Agency when registering?" | This selection is not for nonprofit colleges and universities, but instead for scholarship and student services agencies that are offering services to help students go to college. If you are attending the fair to recruit students to your program or campus, you fall under the colleges & universities pricing above. Thank you!
Do you offer vendor scholarships if we need help covering the fees? | We do offer support to venders who would like to attend and need some financial help. We are a small nonprofit and the funds help support these events. However, we do all we can to help make sure students get the best service at these fairs and would never want funding to be the block to you helping students. We will do all we can to try and help. Strivescan In-Person Scanning Technology Fees | We are working with Strivescan to bring you easy, smooth student data collection at all our in-person & virtual events. We will be contactless this year due to COVID and require all exhibitors to have this technology. This will allow additional safety in no extra contact of sharing pens, contact cards, etc. This also increased your student data quality. You will be required to pay this scanner fee per region for all fairs attending. See Scanner Info Page for more details on pricing. | We will collect this fee by no later than August before the fairs. *Optional for the New Career Exploration Section of the fairs. If an in-person fairs are cancelled, this pricing will adjust to fit the fair numbers. *Fee's from Strivescan may adjust for cancelled fairs. More SCANNER details

| We know that it has been a challenging time for everyone, and we are trying to keep services strong for students and education. Please contact us if your institution would like to participate in these events but is having a hard time meeting financial requirements. *Important Safety Notice | In-person fair schedule is subject to change. We will finalize a list of official in-person events by mid-August. At that time, if any of the in-person fairs are cancelled before August 31, we will offer full refunds for that portion of the fee. See the adjusted cancellation policy for more details.
