Montana Tribal College Institute & Relations
  • ​Tuesday, April 6, 2021 @ 9am - 5pm 
    • Sessions will run throughout the day in this time-block.  You and your team are invited to attend these relationship building sessions with our 7 Montana Tribal Colleges.  This attendance is included with your registration.  You may choose to attend just 1 session or as many sessions of the 8 sessions as you would like this day.  We hope you attend to help better serve our students together! 
    • Exhibitors do not schedule any sessions in Visitday's on this day.  This is a day for you and your team to simply attend & participate in the already hosted live sessions by the Montana Tribal College Team.

  • Wednesday, April 7, 2021 @ 9am - 12pm
    • ​Your designated representative will only attend the 1 hour scheduled time block on this morning.  See the full schedule more details and time-block breakdown.  Thank you!

  • ​Wednesday, April 7. 2021 @ 1pm - 3pm  
  • Thursday, April 8, 2021 @  9am - 11am
    • April 5 - 8, 2021 |  For the 2 Live Student Fair blocks of time, ​ exhibitors schedule ONLY 2 Sessions in your Visitday's Profile with each session spanning 2 hours.   ​No other Live sessions or 1-on- 1 meetings are permitted to happen from April 5 - 8, 2021.
    • April 9 - 30, 2021 is open scheduling, you are welcome to schedule other live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, live chat, etc. as you would like in the virtual platform and invite students to attend. 
    • Exhibitor attendance is required to receive the overall event data.

  • ​From April 9-30, 2021, ​Virtual Platform Is OPEN to you and students!
  • For the rest of the month after the MPSEOC hosted live event, exhibitors may host live 1-on-1 meetings and/or other LIVE sessions with students panels, faculty, financial aid, etc. at no additional cost.  These are optional and completely your choice to use this virtual platform the best way you can for the entire month of April!  Feel free to reach out to your contacts from the event and invite them back to meet with you through this platform.  This is a new way that we are trying to add value and increased options for relationship building!  Have fun!

  • Free Bonus Promo!  Student & Counselor Guidebook Contact Listing & Overview Info  |  In conjunction with this event, we will be sharing a condensed "Spring Guidebook" as a free resource for students and counselors.  This is a great way to add free promotion and reach for your institution!  This form also includes important questions about your institution that will be promoted and printed for the Montana Spring Guidebook resource for students and counselors.  This is free extra promotion to expand your reach and relationship building even more.

  • Preview Fair Platform  |  Profile Login  |  Deadline:  Open  - Sunday, April 4, 2021
  • Easy scheduling for April 5 - 8, 2021!  We have made this super easy for everyone.  All you have to do is setup your profile with pics, videos, text, etc. that you would like.  As for scheduling sessions, from April 5 - 8, 2021,  you only schedule the 2 Live Student Fair Sessions with each session scheduled for 2 hours.  For example, exhibitors will schedule the following in the Visitdays backend dashboard:
    • Wednesday April 7 @  1pm - 3pm |  Schedule 1 session for 2 hours.
    • Thursday April 8 @  9am - 11am  |  Schedule 1 session for 2 hours.
    • For the 2 Live Student Fair blocks of time, ​exhibitors schedule ONLY 2 Sessions in your Visitday's Profile with each session spanning 2 hours.  
    • No other sessions are to be scheduled in your Visitday's Profile from April 5 - 8, 2021.
  • April 9 - 30, 2021 is open scheduling, and you are welcome to schedule other live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, etc. as you would like in the virtual platform and invite students to attend.  We recommend to have these already scheduled in your profile, so they appear as future options to keep connecting and so students can instantly sign up for them during the Live Fair Events if they want to keep meeting with you.  
  • Access Your Profile  |  Login @ https://admin.visitdays.com  |   If you have participated in our past Fall 2020 virtual events, the process is very similar.  You will login with the same login/password you used this fall.  If this is your first time using Visitdays, you will use your same email used in registration.  You may set or reset your password here.

  • We strongly recommend that the representative(s) working on this Montana event attend this live orientation session to make sure your team knows all the details for the April event.  This April event presents several new areas.  Come learn more and gain some inside tips on how to make the most of this April Montana Event.  
  • ​Free Video Promo!  |  Join Us In Sharing Tips For Students |  It's super easy!  Simply attend the group recording on March 30th, or you may also easily record yourself an informal 30 second selfie video sharing a general tip for students in high school!  This is a little extra free promo for you and your campus and also will help students.  We will be showing these at the high schools in a stream of event videos, on our statewide website, and on our social media channels.  We are hoping the video clips will be “evergreen”. This means they do not contain time-sensitive information (dates, contacts, etc.).  We are looking for a general tip/trick targeted to sophomores & juniors who are in the process of searching for colleges. Ideally these videos could be used throughout the year/year after year.

    • 9:00 am – 10:00am  |  25 MPSEOC Members - Accredited Montana 4-Year Colleges, 2-Year Colleges & Community Colleges, & Montana Tribal Colleges  |  Each Representative will have 1 Minute to share what your COVID updates are for Summer & Fall 2021.  Be prepared to answer additional live questions throughout this time.
    • 10:00 am - 11:00 am  |  Live Q&A with Additional Montana Training Programs, Out Of State Colleges , Military, & Specialized Training Programs   |  We will do a group sharing on what your COVID updates are for Summer & Fall 2021.  Be prepared to answer additional live questions throughout this time.
    • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm |  Montana Agencies, Student Support Services, & Event Partners/Sponsors  |  Each Representative will have 1 Minute to share what your COVID updates are for Summer & Fall 2021.  Be prepared to answer additional live questions throughout this time.

​ATTEND THE LIVE  STUDENT FAIR TIMES

  • Live Student Fairs Times  |  Wednesday, April 7th 1-3pm & Thursday, April 8th 9-11am.
  • During April 5-8, 2021, these are the only 2 live sessions you will schedule in your Visitdays Profile.  Each session will be the span of 2 hours long and live for the entire Live Student Fair Block. 
  • From April 9-30, 2021, you are welcome to schedule and promote any other live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings, chat, etc.  
  • 1 Representative may choose to handle both the Live Zoom session and the Live Chat at the same time.  You are welcome to have more representatives from your institution help with these live fairs in your live Zoom session and/or Live Chat if you would like more helpers.    
  • No other sessions are allowed or required during this event.  
  • Overall Data  |  You must attend both the 2 Live Student Fair Times blocks on each day and also this Spring Counselor Update session to be eligible to receive the overall student/counselor data contact lists for this Montana April Event.

Review the OPTIONAL opportunities listed below to help grow your reach in Montana more. | Do you want to gain even more reach of Montana students and build relationships even more in Montana?   Here is your chance!  We hope you are able to participate!  

  • ​1 Student Swag Gift Bag  |  We invite you to join in the fun of supporting students by giving away "only 1 Student Swag Gift Bag of goodies" for this April Event.  Only 1 Swag Gift Bag is given to 1 Student with no more than a $30 value (a Mug, a Thermos, Shirt, a Notepad, Pens, Pendants, etc.).  Within a week of the live April 6-8, 2021 event, your team will randomly pick 1 student from your Visitday's contact list from this April Montana Event and mail that student this prize.  No other or additional prizes are approved.  *This is completely optional.
  • Montana Counselor Specialized Messaging and/or Counselor Packet  |  Here is a link to the current Montana High School Counselor Directory.  This is a complimentary list shared with you for your use to reach out to our Montana counselors before, during, and /or after this April event.  At our live fairs, we normally have "Counselor Boxes" for you to share packets and information with counselors.  In place of the "Counselor Boxes" at the in-person fairs, you are welcome to send counselors your own packet of information, pendant, etc. too if you would like.  *This is completely optional.
  • Access Student Data & Send Follow-Up Information |  During & after the event, you are welcome to access your contact list that is created in Visitdays/Heydays. You will keep collecting data throughout all of April every time a contact visits your profile or attends a session with you or asks you a chat question.  You will have instant access to all this data in your online Visitdays/Heydays profile.  We recommend reaching back out to your contacts as soon as possible to keep building that connection.
  • Overall Data List  |  Within 2 weeks of the live MPSEOC hosted event, we will send out a link to all the student, counselor, etc. contact list from the event (to all institutions who attend & participate in the Spring Counselor Update session & the 2 Live Student Fair times for the April 2021 event.).  If you do not fully attend & participate these mandatory sessions, you will not have access to the entire data list.  We ask that you respectfully use this list to offer services to students.  Thank you!
