Hello & welcome from the Montana College & Career Fairs & Events Team!
 
Thank you for contracting with The Montana Post Secondary Educational Opportunities Council (MPSEOC) to participate in the Montana College  Career Fairs & Events.  We are excited to see you for these fall events!  Below you will find details for these Montana fairs and some important reminders as you prepare for these events.  

    • LIVE Fair Safety & Event Updates - Online Form  |  This live form is updated instantly with any changes and with overall fair site details.  As of current, all 18 Montana fairs are still on plan for in-person hosting.  Each of our sites are setting up their own safety requirements/recommendations.  Exhibitors must be prepared to follow all site regulations for safety and security at each site.  Site details vary by location.  *This schedule and site details could change at any time due to COVID-19 impacts.  Exhibitors are responsible for check this form for any changes.  Cancellation Policy   |   LIVE Safety Form                                                                                                          
    • Reserve Hotels - As soon as possible!  |  In the Live Fair Form, you will see recommendations for our choice hotels in each area.  We recommend reserving your hotels as soon as possible.  Many Montana towns are very busy with travelers this time of year.  *MPSEOC is not responsible for any incurred travel expenses in the event of event cancellation.​                                                         
    • Safety & COVID-19 Notice  |  Please know that MPSEOC and our Montana teams are working hard to keep a close eye on these developments.  Safety is a top priority.  We will share updates, as we learn more over the next few weeks.  As of current our 18 Fair Site Hosts have still all confirmed our in-person fair schedule.  Please refer to our Safety Policy for more information.  We will also be sharing LIVE updates from each Fair Site Host over the next few weeks in the LIVE Fair Form. Student Scanning Technology |  Scanners

*This scanner service is optional for any career pathways / businesses attending.
  • Student Scanning Technology & Fair Scanners  |  Have you placed your scanner order/payment?  This year MPSEOC has partnered with Strivescan to offer this scanning technology.  To keep our fairs contactless as much as possible for safety for all, all exhibitors agreed to the scanner registration/fee in the original contract.  To finalize your scanners, pay, & download your scanner details, visit:  Pay & Download Strivescan Scanner Technology

    • Colleges and University Exhibitors  |  Scanner purchase is required for all colleges and universities attending the fair. 
    • Career and Business Exhibitors are not required to purchase a scanner.  This is optional for these vendors.

Counselors, Students, Parents, Exhibitors, & All Attendee Agreement
  • To keep all attendees fully informed, we have shared this information with all Montana high school counselors, all exhibitors, and directly on the student /parent registration page.  We want all attendees to have full access to live updates in regards to safety and COVID-19 risks.  Attendance of these in-person fairs is completely optional and only for those who choose to attend.  Students, parents, counselors, exhibitors, etc. who do not feel comfortable attending in-person may still access the online interest form to request information from the exhibitors in place of in-person fair attendance. 
  • Live Fair Safety Updates  |  Counselors and Students will be able to access live updates for each fair @ www.MontanaColleges.com​ on the registration page and homepage under the red button of "LIVE Fair Safety Updates." 
  • Responsibility of All Attendees  | ​All attendees of these Montana in-person fair events and programming agree to stay updated with the LIVE Fair Safety Updates up until the fair start time.  All attendees agree to abide by these safety terms listed by the Fair Site Host(s) when attending the in-person event.    
  • Each Fair Site Host Sets Safety & Security Measures & Requirements  |  Each Fair Site Host has full control over their safety and security protocols for their site location.  These safety guidelines will vary by fair site.  By attending, all attendees agree to follow all required safety requirements for that chosen fair.
